Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship from Madrid, Spain to all of Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and to European Union member countries.
For shipments to any country in the world, we evaluate each case individually to offer you the best transport and insurance option.
How do you package vintage items so they arrive perfectly?
Each order is packed for protection and preservation: rigid box, protective materials, and special care to prevent chafing, moisture, and deformation. For delicate or high-value items, we reinforce the packaging and prioritize certified services.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. Orders travel with tracking and, for amounts over €1,000, they are insured. If you want to insure an order for a different amount, we can arrange it without a problem.
Do you have collection points?
You can choose between home delivery or pickup point (depending on carrier and destination).
Customs and duties: Will I be charged extra?
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. These costs depend on the country and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing, and we will guide you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with:

Is it safe to buy from Footballs Legacy?
Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted payment platforms and your information is protected. We never store your full card details.
Can I ask for an invoice?
Yes. At the end of the order process, you will be able to add your billing information and download your invoice from My account or request it from us by email.
Exchanges and returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent and with the same criteria for perfect packaging.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
In the case of vintage items, returns are possible, but it is essential that the product has not been used, washed, altered, or handled (for example: inflating a vintage ball, changing laces, removing tags, etc.).
How do I request a return?
- Email us at info@footballslegacy.coml with your order number and reason (to help you better).
- We will reply with instructions and a return address.
- Send the item protected and, if possible, in its original packaging.
How much does a return cost?
- If the item arrives defective or does not match what was purchased, returns are free.
- If it's due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. If you prefer, we can arrange collection for €50.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the item is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method.
Can I exchange it for a different size or item?
Yes, subject to availability. Please note that many pieces are unique, so if you want to secure an alternative, write to us and we'll help you choose.

How do I check the status of my order?
We'll send you the tracking number as soon as the package ships. You can also view it in My Account > Orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If it has not yet been shipped, write to us as soon as possible at info@footballslegacy.com. We will do our best to help you, but with unique items, preparation is usually quick.
Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, as long as the order has not left the warehouse. Email us as soon as possible at info@footballslegacy.com with the new address and we will process it.
Discount code
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout you will see the field "Discount code". Enter it and click "Apply". The discount will be applied automatically.
Are the codes stackable?
Normally, no. If a code doesn't work, it's usually due to an expiration date, incompatibility with a promotion, or because it only applies to a specific category.
Gifts
Can you gift wrap?
We do not yet offer gift wrapping, but our shipments arrive in very careful and secure packaging.
Can I include a personalized note?
Yes. Leave your message in the order notes field and we will include it on a card.

Our products
How do you guarantee that the items are authentic?
We work with a verification process focused on collectors and investors.
- Review of labels, codes, seams and materials
- Comparison with official model/era references
- Inspection of wear consistent with age
For high-value items, we include a certificate of authenticity always from €2000 upwards. For lower-priced items, the customer can request it for an additional cost of 10% of the item's value.
Are they unique pieces?
Most items are one-of-a-kind. When something sells out, it may not return. If you see something you love, we recommend not waiting.
What does conservation status mean?
We use a clear guide:
- New / Deadstock (NOS): Unused, original vintage
- Excellent: Minimal signs of wear, very well preserved
- Very good: Light use or normal signs of age
- Good: Visible wear, but retains value and presence. In each listing, we detail the actual condition with photos and an honest description.
T-shirts: How do I know my size in vintage?
Vintage sizes vary greatly depending on the brand and decade. Therefore, for each product, we include actual measurements (width and length). Recommendation: measure a T-shirt you own that fits you well and compare it with our measurements.
Remember that wearing a collector's item will affect its value, drastically reducing it.
Vintage balls: can they be inflated?
We do not recommend it. Inflating an old ball can damage the valve, bladder, or seams and affect its collectible value. If you are looking for a ball for use, write to us and we can guide you to suitable options.
Vintage boots: are they for playing or collecting?
It depends on the age and condition of the model. Many boots are ideal for display/collection. If you want to wear them, consult us first: we'll tell you if we think it's feasible and how to care for them. Remember that wearing a collectible item will affect its value, drastically reducing it.
What care do you recommend to preserve its value?
- Avoid direct sunlight and sudden changes in temperature/humidity.
- Do not handle or alter antique parts. Can you imagine replacing the original parts of a 1960s watch with modern ones?
- Leather: gentle cleaning and specific moisturizing.
- Textile: store on a hanger and in a protective cover. We include a care guide with orders.
Do the products come with a warranty?
As these are vintage/memorabilia items, there is no "manufacturer's warranty" as with new products. However, you do have your right of return and our guarantee that you will receive the product as described in the listing.

Currently, Footballs Legacy operates exclusively online. We are preparing a showroom in Madrid where you will be able to see and discover selected pieces. We will notify you as soon as it is available.
