- A physical format, consisting of a premium card accompanied by a personalized envelope.
- A digital format, delivered via email or WhatsApp with a unique, exclusive-use code.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from its issue date, during which the beneficiary may use it for the purchase of items from the store, always subject to availability.
The gift voucher is not refundable in cash or exchangeable for money or services, and its use cannot be combined with other vouchers. However, the initial buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable regulations.
